I had a fabulous newborn session last night. I am seriously contemplating just shooting babies! I love them. I could eat them up. Mr. “W” was such a handsome little man. I have really been trying some new things lately and am loving the results. There were so many incredible images from this session… I think this is the biggest sneak peek ever!!

Today I had the most incredible session.  Little Miss “B” was 8 days old and slept for almost 2 hours straight. I was able to try so many new things on her. She was a gem. Fabulous session. Can’t wait for Mom and Dad to see the rest!!

Well.. after a lot of debate I have decided to change my name from Poortraits to Portraits By Meghan Poort. Notice the new spiffy logo… I have a whole new website and look coming over the next few weeks. This was my oldest newborn shoot ever. This little love was almost a month and let’s just say she wanted nothing to do with sleep… at all. I rocked and rocked… and fed and fed… and rocked some more.. so we have lots of wide awake shots… but they are beautiful wide awake shots.. I think this little baby is absolutely gorgeous. I could have rocked her all night long.

On Wednesday my sweet little twinners turned one!! Some photos to share of this milestone. I can’t believe that Mac and Morgan are one! Where did this past year go?
