Since the year is quickly coming to an end I wanted to take a moment and reflect on my favorite images from the year. I went through all of my sessions from this year and was overcome with this huge feeling of gratitude for what I do and who I am able to work with. It has been a fabulous and deeply fulfilling year. To my wonderful clients, thank you for sharing your families with me and for allowing me to create these beautiful memories for you. To my sweet family, for putting up with me and my workaholic ways this year. Next year I am going to work on balancing it all a little better.
I am truly living the dream, loving what I do, and loving who I am with.
My favorite images from this year ( in no particular order ):
Love this little guys fingers and how they are just perfectly folded curled.

By far, my very favorite image of the year. I had wanted to get this pose all year long and was lucky enough to master it with my very first set of newborn twins.

Love the coloring of this image and the moodiness. I love that she is not looking at me. I wonder what she is thinking here??

Just beautiful. She has the most amazing body and looks like perfection in this image. I like that we can’t see her face and that it makes it all the more about her pregnancy.

Just love this one. Again, I love that he isn’t looking at me. He seems completely caught up in himself and very unaware of me.

I am a big fan of clean black and white silhouettes. I love the emotion captured in this image of a mother and her first child and knowing that things will be changing very soon.

I really became obsessed with feet this year. Love the colors in the back of this.

My son Mac. This is sooo him. I melt every time I see this stubborn little face.

Another absolutely gorgeous maternity shot. She was SO comfortable with herself and it shows. I wish everyone felt this confident when they came to me.. it makes my job so easy!

My sweet girls. This was the first image I captured of the two of them smiling at the same time. I love that you can see just how similar they look even though their coloring is so different.

This little girl is just gorgeous. I love the lighting of this image and how prominent her eyes are.

Thank you again for a wonderful 2009. I anxiously await what 2010 will bring !!
